At times, there are unforeseen issues that arise post divorce or separation. In circumstances where children are involved, as children age, unexpected situations arise where a conflict between parents may present itself. If this occurs, I can provide mediation services to assist in developing reasonable and mutually accepted resolutions. In most cases, mediation is mandatory prior to taking an issue to court. If the court recommends that you mediate a particular issue, you may contact me to be your mediator. Mediating issues will maintain the control in the client's hands, will keep clients out of expensive court battles, and will prevent clients from incurring greater costs.
