Rates, Insurance & Payments

Rates will depend on the type of service being rendered. In some cases, a retainer may be required.  Each client's situation is unique, and the potential cost of your situation will be discussed at the end of the initial intake call.  Hourly rate/total cost is split equally between the divorcing couple.  Only private pay is accepted for the collaborative or mediated divorce process.  There is a minimum 24 hour cancellation policy, or the cost of the full appointment will be charged.  Credit, personal check,  and Zelle/Chase Quick Pay will be accepted. Payment plan options may be available.  Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, BlueChoice, Aetna, United Healthcare, Oscar, Oxford and Cigna insurance may be accepted for certain situations where co-parenting support or counseling is requested by clients for themselves or their children.
